Eliza Kristine Orellana, born on August 13, 2010, tragically left us on September 20th, 2018 at the young age of 8.

Eliza was an illumination. She loved fiercely and completely. She was joy personified. In her short 8 years with us, she taught us so very much about life, caring and forgiveness.

Eliza loved to dance, laugh and sing. She adored her dogs and pet hamster. She exuded the sparkle and wonderment of life, that as grown-ups, we sometimes overlook. She radiated happiness and joy.

Eliza cherished her big sister Olivia, her Daddy Ed, and her stepmother Bridgette. She will continue to shine and live on through them, as well as through her grandparents Edward, Kudessa, Fred, Siobhan and Teresa, along with many other family and a seemingly endless body of friends.

Receiving will be Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

Please join us for a celebration of Eliza’s life on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 12:00 Noon Mass at St. Leo Catholic Church.
