Nova Pennington, Sr., 76, of Hedgesville passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Berkeley Medical Center.

Born August 13, 1942 in Harman, WV he was the son of the late Joseph Joshua and Ida Elva Sheffer Pennington.

He was the founder of Nova W. Pennington Tree Service.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Clark Pennington; two sons, Nova Pennington, Jr. and wife Tara; William Pennington and girlfriend Amber; three daughters, Cathy Starliper and husband David, Tammy Elliott and husband Roger, Angela Pennington and boyfriend Jason; twelve grandchildren; and nephew Jimmie Pennington and wife Nancy.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Caplinger officiating.

Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
