Ruby Jane Whittman, 75, of Martinsburg passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018.

Born August 1, 1943 in Berkeley County, WV she was the daughter of the late Frank Faircloth and Ida Mae Miller Faircloth.

She was a member of Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church.

She enjoyed watching forensic science television shows.

She is survived by her son, Jonathan Whittman; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Junior H. Faircloth and wife Alice; and two sisters, Lillian Custer and Eleanor Aikens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Whittman.

Services and interment will be private.
