Obituary for Birdie Parkinson Keesecker

Birdie Parkinson Keesecker, 86, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.

Born September 10, 1931 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Belva Lee Mason Parkinson and Orval Elmo Parkinson and step-mother, Blanche Kees.

She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, C. Douglas Keesecker; sister, Faye M. Hutzler of Inwood; and a number of nieces and one nephew; three great nephews and four great nieces; one great-great nephew and two great-great nieces.

Services will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Wilson officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
