Obituary for David Wayne Kief

David Wayne Kief, 65, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the Berkeley Medical Center.

Born August 13, 1952 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Charles M. Kief and Ruth Twila Goller Kief.

He was a veteran of the US Air Force and served with the 167th WV Air National Guard.

He was a member of House of the Lord.

He is survived by two daughters, Twila Kief Gardner and husband Larry; Pura Kief Murray and husband Claude; three stepchildren, Paula Wilson and husband Scott, Douglas Markley and wife Tina, and William Markley; two grandchildren, Tristen and Kiersten Sheffler and Justin Harmison; four brothers, Gregg Kief, Todd Kief, Calvin Kief, and Christian Kief; and three sisters, Jane Ruppenthal, Sandy Leonard, and Virginia Mills.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Allen Kief and one sister, Ann Hutzler.

Memorial service will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 1:00PM at House of the Lord with Pastor Dave Caplinger officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
