Obituary for Kenneth Eugene Young

Kenneth Eugene Young, 83, of Martinsburg, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016, at the Hospice Inpatient Facility. Born May 31, 1933, in Charles Town, he was the son of the late Aldridge Hamilton Young and Laura Catherine Bailey Carter.
He was of the Baptist faith. He was a member of the Page Jackson High School graduating class of 1952. He had served in the Air Force during the Korean War and had worked as a truck driver for A, B, & C Group. In his spare time, he loved to do crafts and models.
He is survived by his sister, Dorothy Y. Taylor, and husband James, of Ranson, his faithful friend, Mary Stevenson, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia Young, and his sister, Phyllis Young.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
