Robert Zammetti, Hedgesville, died on April 6, 2016. A USMC Vietnam Veteran, he was raised in Brooklyn and Long Island, NY. Upon leaving the Marine Corps, he began a career as a network engineer at Boeing Information Service, residing for many years in Northern Virginia before retiring to West Virginia to pursue the ideal retirement life which included golf.

Bob is survived by his wife, Mona; daughter, Deena; and sons, Robert and Joel; along with six grandchildren.

His favorite charity was DAV (Disabled American Veterans). Arrangements are private.
