Sarah Catherine Parsons, 84, of Ganotown, WV passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at her home with her sister and friend Julia Lucas by her side.

Sarah was born on December 11, 1933 in Ganotown and was the daughter of the late Charles Edmond (Ed) Parsons and Sallie Florance Kerns Parsons.

She retired after 46 years with Knouse Foods. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by one sister, Elsie Mae Parsons.

Family will receive friends on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

Services will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Pastor Tom Snyder officiating. Interment will be at Central Chapel Cemetery.
