Obituary for Richard Alan McKinley

Richard Alan McKinley, 73, of Falling Waters passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the Berkeley Medical Center.

Born August 28, 1944 in East Orange, NJ he was the son of the late Herbert and Gertrude Ryerson McKinley.

He was had served with the US Army.

He enjoyed model building, liked restoring antique clocks, and loved gadgets. He was an avid Yankees fan and loved animals and cats.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Diana Ostrowski McKinley; two sons, Michael R. McKinley and wife, Kristi, Thomas C. McKinley; three grandchildren, Scott Michael, Sara Kay, and Charlotte Marie McKinley; and one brother, Herbert W. McKinley, Jr. and wife Alyce.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Falling Waters Presbyterian Church with Rev. Debra McKune officiating. Interment will be in Falling Waters Presbyterian Cemetery at Spring Mills.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Falling Waters Presbyterian Cemetery in Spring Mills.
