Obituary for Joseph John Morga
Joseph John Morga, 87, of Martinsburg passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018 at the VA Medical Center.
Born January 12, 1931 in Wilkes Barre, PA he was the son of the late Michael Morga and Anna Tarutis Morga.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Diane Veronica Mehosky Morga; three sons, Kenneth J. Morga of Sundance, WY, Michael E. Morga and wife Heather of Purcellville, VA, and Joseph Jay Morga and wife Kerri of Martinsburg; two daughters, Deborah A. Wilson and husband Ray of Montezuma, IN and Kathleen S. McCullough and husband Jeff of Terra Haute, IN; eleven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was an avid sportsman. He served his country in the Air Force and spent thirty-three years with the DC Metropolitan Police Department.
Memorial service Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 3:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Rev. Ivan Paul James Mehosky officiating.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00PM to 3:00PM.
