Robert Carl Morgan, 90, of Leesburg, VA, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2018.

Born March 28, 1928 in Springhill, WV. He was the son of the late Cal Herman Morgan and Correne Elizabeth (Harless) Morgan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Foco Morgan on July 21, 2014.

He is survived by his seven children, Michael J. Morgan of Lamont, FL, Jeffrey P. Morgan and Scott K. Morgan, both of Washington DC, Robert S. Morgan of Fairfax, VA, Joseph C. Morgan of Yorktown, VA, Mary Ellen Morgan of Fairfax, VA and Lori Kathleen Morgan of Hamilton, VA; thirteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Patricia Foco and Selena O'Laughlin of MI.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil H. Morgan and Frank A. Morgan; and four sisters, Irene Steele, Virginia Campbell, Helen Morgan, and Mary Ellen Yost.

He was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church, Inwood, WV.

He retired as Chief Master Sgt. after thirty years in the U. S. Air Force. He later retired from Lockheed as a manager of technical publications Dept.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church with Father Alfred Obiudu celebrant. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church. Military graveside service will be held at St. Leo Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
