L. Butch  Clark
L. “Butch" Clark, 77, of Bunker Hill, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Clary Grove.

Leroy was born on January 1, 1941 in Martinsburg and was the son of the late Harry Franklin Clark and Margie Catherine (Timmons) Clark.

He was a sweeper operator for the City of Martinsburg. He was of Protestant faith.

He is survived by two sons, Kenneth Clark and wife Mary of Martinsburg, and Tracey Clark and wife Angie of Tennessee; one daughter, Barbara Caton and husband Charles of Martinsburg; fourteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one brother, Roger Clark of Martinsburg; three sisters, Helen Kern of Bunker Hill, Rose Penwell of Martinsburg and Linda Pennington of Hedgesville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Leroy T. Clark, Jr.; daughter, Victoria Fries; brothers, Harry Clark, Sr., Ernest Clark, John Clark; sisters, Anna Harper Jacob, Edith V. Clark, Evelyn Stolipher and Carolyn Wise.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Caplinger officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Way, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
