Lawrence Thomas "Tommy"  Murphy, Jr.
Lawrence Thomas Murphy, Jr, “Tommy,” 55, of Kearneysville, West Virginia passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at the Hospice Inpatient Facility while surrounded by his loving family. Born August 19, 1962, in Weston, he was the son of Mary Grace Carder Murphy, of Kearneysville, and the late Lawrence Thomas Murphy.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers: John Murphy, Sr., and significant other Amy Borror, of Summit Point, West Virginia and Scotty Murphy, and wife Chrissy; one sister, Pat Housden, all of Kearneysville; seven nieces and nephews: Denny Housden, Andrew Shry, Matt Wilson, Missy Nicewarner, Mikey Wilson, J.J. Murphy, Jr., and Sarah Murphy and numerous other extended family members.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2018 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Jane Lew, West Virginia with Pastors Jimmy Williams and Thomas Hoffmaster officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to John Murphy, Sr., PO Box 243, Summit Point, WV 25443.
