Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bonnie Grubb can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Bonnie Gail "BG" Grubb

Bonnie Gail Grubb (BG), February 11, 1960 – April 3, 2018. Daughter of Albert W. Grubb and Bernice J. Grubb Timberlake and stepfather Lewis T. Timberlake (all deceased). Preceding Bonnie in death a brother Medford (Sonny) Grubb and a sister Dereava S. Hiett. She is survived by three sisters, Zalma Grubb (Kevin Barthlow), Debra Ashby, Robin Mulledy (husband Terry), one brother, Glennville Grubb (wife Denise), and several nieces and nephews. A very special person Jeannie Seeders loved Bonnie very much. Many friends from Eastern Panhandle Training Center (now called Eastridge Health Systems) a sheltered workshop.

Bonnie attended Pikeside Special Education School and then worked at the sheltered workshop for thirty-six years. She loved music, dancing, collecting ink pens, and spending time with her family and friends.

Bonnie attended Blairton United Methodist Church. She was and always will be our special sister and friend. She will be truly missed.

Memorial service, April 14, 2018, with Pastor Gary Gourley doing the service. A gathering of family and friends will be at 3:00 with service to follow at 4:00 p.m. at Blairton United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers you may make donations to Blairton United Methodist Church, 71 Upper Road, Martinsburg, WV 25404 in memory of Bonnie.
