Obituary for Peggy Jean Franklin (Price)

Peggy Jean Franklin, 72, of Hedgesville, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018.

Born September 6, 1945 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Price and Catherine Mauck Price.

She was a lifetime member of Providence Church.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth William Franklin, married on July 21, 1961; two sons, Carl W. Franklin and wife Shelley and Richard W. Franklin and fiancée Ashley Omps; one daughter, Tammy Litten; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Price and James Price; two sisters, Betty Estepp and Charlotte Painter; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one brother, John Price and one sister, Elsie Locke.

Family will receive friends at 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Brown Funeral Home.

Service will be at 11:00AM on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Grace Point Church with Pastor Jerry Fletcher officiating. Interment in Providence Church Cemetery in Hedgesville.
