Cecil was a very nice, caring person who was
a special person to Gerald. He looked forward
to the times when Cecil was available to cut
his hair. There were times after he left the
VA that we would go to Medford and Juanita's
for Gerald to get his hair cut and socialize
for an hour or two. We are very said to hear
of his passing and will hold all the family
