Obituary for Robert Henry Bowers Sr.

Robert Henry Bowers, Sr., 68, of Hedgesville, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018.

Born December 23, 1949 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Joseph Henry "Bud" Bowers and Nadine Peer Bowers.

He had been employed with the WV Department of Highways.

He is survived by one son, Robert H. Bowers, Jr.; one granddaughter, Samantha Bowers; one great-grandchild, Ashley Dawn Metcalfe; one brother, Samuel Henry Bowers; six sisters, Brenda White, Joan Brown, Joanne Rhoe, Arthella "Bugs" Bowers, Kay Showalter, and Della Bowers; and former wife, Mary Elizabeth Bell Bowers.

Services and interment are private.
