Condolence From: Jim and Pam Lockard
Condolence: We send special love and thoughts to family and special loved ones who are remembering "Miss Charlotte." She was an integral part of the CAT-5 team at the VA for many years and it was my honor to work with her on the team. That program for helping Veterans recover their lives remains vital because of the foundation she and others help to forge. Sweet rest, my friend.

Condolence: My Heartfelt Condolences To The Mosby Family
In 2006 Ms Charlotte called Me Sweetheart during an Assessment Into The Substance Abuse Program. This WORD made me FEEL like Something, notice I didn't say Somebody, I said Something. What A Wonderful Inspiration she Has Been in My recovery Process. God Calls Those According To His Purpose.

Condolence: My heart felt condolences and prayers to the Mosby family. Ms. Charlotte was one of a kind. She took me under both wings when I arrived to the Martinsburg, WV VAMC substance abuse program. She instilled many wonderful values in me and never gave up hope for me. Today I can sincerely say I owe these 9 1/2 years of sobriety to her. She was an inspiration to many and shall truly be missed. Fly high my friend...until we meet again!
