Obituary for Robert Franklin Russler

Robert Franklin Russler, 76, of Martinsburg, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018.
Born November 18, 1941, he was the son of the late Franklin Boyd and Gladys Russler.
He is survived by two daughters, Julie and Jessica Russler; one granddaughter, Jordan Long.
Service and Interment will be private.
