Peggy Ann Ruff, 37, of Kearneysville, passed away Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, at the Jefferson Medical Center. She was born April 14, 1980, in Ranson, and was very kind-hearted and full of life. She was always smiling, adored animals, and was very willing to help others care for their “fur babies.”
She leaves behind two sisters, Bonnie Sheppard, and Kristy Ruff, and companion Allen Newman; two nieces, Brittany and Kelsey Sheppard; two nephews, Trevon Ruff and Marc Sheppard; one great niece, Kaisley Long; her very close friend, Cobb, and many other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
