Charles "Charlie" Edward Hopkins, 65, of Martinsburg, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017.

Born January 14, 1952 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late James Franklin Hopkins and Margaret Anna Cleman Hopkins.

He loved fishing.

He is survived by one daughter, Christina Hopkins and Justin Jenkins; two grandchildren, JJ and Annabella; his siblings, Shirley, James, Jr., Helen, William, Mary, Jerry, Connie, Betty, And Douglas; and his loving caring family, Tina and Calvin Barrett, Mercedes, Shane, Ariel McGrain, and Addesa Reyes and kids.

Family will receive friends from 3:00PM to 5:00PM and 7:00PM to 9:00PM on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Brown Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
