Richard  William  "RJ"  Kackley
Richard William "RJ" Kackley, 35, of Gerrardstown passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017 at his home surrounded by family.
Born May 6, 1982 in Charles Town, WV he is the son of Rick Kackley and wife, Gwen and Debra Artego Shiley and husband, Greg.
He was a hard working man who owned and operated RJs Welding and Repair. RJ was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time at the river with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Amanda Shanholtz Kackley; two daughters, Breanne and Kaylee Kackley; one son, Richard "JR" Kackley, Jr.; three brothers, Chris Kackley and Irene, Thomas "TJ" Kackley and Crystal, Davey Kackley and wife Courtney; step-brother, Josh Shiley; one step-sister, Jessica Shiley; six nieces, grandmother, Hazel Kackley; uncles Scotty Kackley and Joey Artego and wife Fern; father and mother-in-law, Dwain and Lisa Shanholtz; and many friends and family.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:00AM at the South Berkeley Chapel with Pastor Keith Walsworth officiating. Interment will be in Central Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund for his children at any City National Bank or mailed to 1700 W. King St., Martinsburg, WV 25401.
