Obituary for Daphne Jean Poblete (Eller)
Daphne Jean Poblete, 69, of Martinsburg passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born December 2, 1947 in Marion, VA she was the daughter of the late Arlen James and Lula Kate Shupe Eller.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church in Woodbridge, VA.
She was the beloved mother of Scott Michael Poblete and wife, Jessica of Woodbridge, VA, Elizabeth Elsa Sedlitsky of Falling Waters, and Jacqueline Lee Poblete of Inwood; six grandchildren called her Grammy: Lauren V., Jacob, and Joshua Sedlitsky, Ashlynn, Braelynn, and Emma Jean Poblete; three sisters, Sandra Clatterbuck and husband, Dean of New Market, VA, Nancy Seigel and husband, Lyle of Bunker Hill, and Anne Pound and husband, Dean of Haymarket, VA; one niece, Kimberly Pearson Morris of Navarre, FL.
Daphne was a joy to know, she lived her life on her own terms and we will miss her brilliant mind and kind heart.
Services and interment are private.
Memorial contributions may be made to PIGS A Sanctuary, 1112 Persimmon Lane, Shepherdstown, WV 25443.
