Obituary for Helen Marie McNeer (Carter)
Helen Marie "Carter" McNeer, 66, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.
Born November 23, 1950 in Montgomery Co., MD she was the daughter of the late Walter and Helen Gladys Reid Carter.
She was a member of Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Frederick, MD.
She is survived by two daughters, Leslie Taylor and husband, Corey Dowdy, Cindy Hendrick and husband, Raleigh; eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four brothers; and five sisters; and the Rader Family.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 11:00AM at Brown Funeral Home. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
