Obituary for Norma Jane "Bird" Smith
Norma "Bird" Jane Smith, 54, of Martinsburg passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born September 4, 1962 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Norman Smith and Dorothy Smith. Norma was raised by Foster Mother Margaret Hodge.
She had been a cashier with 7-11 Convenience Store.
She was a graduate of Martinsburg High School.
She is survived by two sons, Jonathan and Jason Smith; one daughter, Rebecca Jurado; nine grandchildren; Alexis, Austin, Tristan, Kristopher, Kimberlyn, London, Savannah, Cheyenne and Kaleighana; six brothers, Billy, Norman, Tom, Mike, Frank, and Jimmy; and seven sisters, Carol, Rose, Beverly, Debbie, Susan, Sandy, and Patty.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Services and interment are private.
