Charles William Strayer, Jr., 77, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Walter Reed Medical Center.

He is survived by two daughters, Samantha Grim and Brittany Murphy; a brother, Robert Strayer and two sisters, Joyce and Susan.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. Interment will be in Culpepper National Cemetery.
