Norma Lee Kerns Ambrose, 91 of Martinsburg passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.

Born October 17, 1925 she was the daughter of the late James Winford Kerns and Grace Hawvermale Kerns.

Mrs. Ambrose was a secretary for Berkeley County Schools and was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, David R. Ambrose and wife Carol of Berkeley Springs and two daughters, Betty Jo Chase of Martinsburg and Janice A. Pinyan and husband Jeff of Hedgesville; eight grand-children and 13 great grand-children. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her spouse Ray Leslie Ambrose, a brother Andrew J. Kerns and two sisters Kathleen E. Grove and Doris K. Stillson.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Friendship Cemetery in Berkeley Springs.
