Edith Rebecca "Becky" Owens, 64, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2017 at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV.

Born January 3, 1953 in Berkeley County, WV she was the daughter of the late William Clark Owens, Sr. and Audrey Virginia Risban Owens.

She had worked at Perfection Garment Company and EJ Fennels in Hagerstown.

She is survived by one son, Timothy Staubs; one daughter, Angela Marie Staubs; three grandchildren; three brothers, William Clark Owens, Jr., James Clark Owens, and Ralph Owens; and two sisters, Ann Pearl Moats, and Juanita Yvonnie Gerhart.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harry Patrick Richard Owens, Thomas Owens, and James Curtis "JC" Owens; and one sister, Audrey Janette Wageley.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
