Obituary for Betty Ann Eversole Peacemaker (Eversole)

Betty Ann Eversole Peacemaker, 86, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Berkeley Medical Center.

Born July 2, 1930 in Berkeley Co., she was the daughter of the late Raleigh E. Eversole, Sr. and Oda Lee Palmer Eversole.

She was a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church.

She was employed by Bon-Ton for twenty years and was a member of the Peacemaker Seniors’ group.

She is survived by a son David W. Peacemaker and wife, Julie, of Brookeville, MD; daughter, Gloria J. Hart and husband, Keith, of Woodbridge, VA; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Amos "Hip" Franklin Peacemaker; son, Mark F. Peacemaker; three brothers, Earl "Jump" Eversole, Raleigh E. Eversole, Jr., and Bernard “Wink” Eversole; and two sisters, Mary Ruth Kearns and Dorothy Lane.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, April 14, 2017 at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor John Yost officiating.

Family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 11:00AM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
