Catherine Thompson, 85, Martinsburg, WV, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Montgomery Village Health Care Center.

Born June 6, 1931 in Seattle, Washington, she is daughter of the late John Ingebretson and Florence Cosgriff Ingebretson.

She was an officer of the Olde Berkeley Garden Club. She volunteered with C-CAP Loaves and Fishers and at St. Joseph Catholic School. Her children would like everyone to know she was the Best Mom Ever.

She is survived by three sons, Michael Thompson, Daniel Thompson and wife Lisa, and David Thompson; one daughter, Elizabeth Angles and husband John; five grandchildren, John Angles, Mary Angles, Kimberly Thompson, Christopher Thompson, and Madeleine Thompson; one great-grandchild, Kayla Angles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Blair Myers Thompson and one granddaughter, Jessica Angles.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 10AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Eric Hall celebrant.

Interment prayers will be said at St. Leos Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
