Phyllis Jean  Shepard
Phyllis Jean Shepard, 82, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born April 15, 1934 in Persinger, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lee F. Rader and Mabel Ashley Rader; and step daughter of the late Carl Rader.
She was a member of Greensburg United Methodist Church.
She is survived by six children, Rob and wife Donna, Jim and wife Wanda, Frank and wife Debbie, Kathy and husband Bernie, Steve and wife Charlene, and Row and partner Linda; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Clark Rader; one sister, Lumina Mick.
She was preceded in death by husband, Robert Lee Shepard, Sr.; and one brother, Lee F. Rader, Jr.
Family will be receiving friends on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Brown Funeral Home from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Services will be Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 10:30AM at funeral home with Rev. Dr. G. Edward Grove officiating. Interment will be held Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2 p.m.
