The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Joseph Smith can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Condolences
Condolence: My deepest heartfelt condolences to your family . Losing ones we love is by far the most heartbreaking thing in life to bear. Two scriptures I find comfort in about the promise for the near future are John 5:28, 29, which promises that "the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will.. come out", followed by the beautiful time that Revelation 21:4 describes: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." A beautiful time our loved ones who are "sleeping" in death (John 11:11-13) will come back to life & to us right here on an earth of restored peace & health in the near future (Psalms 37:11,29), & we'll never have to worry about losing them again (1 Corinthians 15:26). I hope you'll find comfort in looking forward to the fulfillment of those promises as I do, & knowing that your loved one is not suffering but is at rest until you can see them again, healthy & happy, once again very soon, for all eternity.

Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to Eugene's family. Losing a loved one to death is one of the hardest things to deal with in life. May you find strength and comfort in each other but most of all in Jehovah God and his promises to end all sickness and death and restore life by means of a resurrection. (John 5:28, 29; Revelation 21:3, 4) Until that day comes it is my hope that you will draw comfort from the words found at Jeremiah 29:11, 12. There, we are assured that when we pray to Jehovah, he will listen.

Condolence: I’m very sorry to hear about your loss, I have also loss ones that were close to me. I want to just share this scripture that brought me comfort. It is found at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 “Praise be God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.”

Condolence: There are no words to say how sorry I'm to hear the the loss of my dear uncle Eugene, we were phone buddies for a lot of days when aunt Jane was working, we just enjoyed visiting over the phone. We have shared a lot of fun and joy times over the years growing up, and long after we went off into the world raising our family. I know he is at peace and no more suffering. Love him so much and sure will miss him. I know how much he loved his children and his wonderful wife.

Aunt Jane, please know you are in our prayers and so sorry that we can't be their for the services. You were such a blessing to uncle Eugene and the love of his life. Please take care of yourself. I'm still shocked , as the last email from you saying he was doing good, and going to his doctor in Winchester, Monday.
God must decided he need a special angel.
If you need someone to talk I'm always here for you. Love you., remember all the good memories we all shared.
Gods love to you and the family.
