Penelope "Penny" Kristine Cutler, 65, of Martinsburg, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born January 22, 1951 in Washington, DC she was the daughter of the late Harry Joseph Rundle and Martha Jane Colins Rundle.
She was a member of the South Berkeley Baptist Church where she was involved with the Women's Missionary Union. While living in Maryland she was an active member of Viers Mill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, William T. Cutler; two daughters, Jane Gladhill and husband, Kevin, Racheal I. Cutler; three grandchildren, Keaton, Grant, and Everett; her uncle and aunt, Charlie and Phyllis Colins; aunt, Emily "Totsie" Tighe; two cousins, Margie McCutcheon and husband Dave and Pam Huntley and husband Lloyd.
Family will receive friends on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 1:00PM at the funeral chapel with Pastor Pat McCoy and Pastor Don Chandler officiating. Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery, Williamsport, MD.
