Ella Jane  Brown (Gregory )

Ella Jane Brown, 88, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born February 3, 1928, in Berkeley County, she was the daughter of the late William Gregory and Pearl Rhoe Poole.
Ella attended Martinsburg High School. She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She was employed as a bank teller for more than 50 years, retiring from Huntington National Bank in 1993, after retirement she was employed part time with the Jefferson Security Bank.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Charles William Brown; one son, Eric Brown and wife Renee of Taneytown, MD; three grandchildren, Ethan, Zachary, and Meghan; one sister, Sue Long; two brothers, Roger Poole and Donald Wayne Gregory; a number of nieces and nephews including a special niece and care giver, Linda Ashton.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Bowers; a brother, Paul E. Gregory, and two infant brothers, Herbert W. Gregory, and Thomas M. Gregory.
Family will receive friends on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the funeral home with Elder Ed Dinger officiating. Interment will be held in Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
