Ronald Strother  Ahalt
Ronald Strother Ahalt, 74, of Martinsburg passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at his residence.

Born July 19, 1942 in Charles Town, he was the son of the late Frances Ahalt and Katherine Ahalt.

He is survived by his wife, Penny Gay Creamer Ahalt; son, Austin Ahalt of Martinsburg; a step-son, Irvin Willie Athey of Leetown, WV; a step-daughter, Jessica Slack of Charleston, WV; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Jamie Ahalt of Charles Town; and a sister, Carolyn Grafton of Ranson.

He was preceded in death by a son, Aaron Ahalt; daughters, Rona Rodeheaver and Katie Ahalt; and a brother, Terry Ahalt.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Shawn Braithwaite officiating. Family will receive friends on Friday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Entombment will be in Maranatha Memorial Gardens, followed by a fellowship meal at the Pikeside United Methodist Church.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
