Obituary for Dorothy Ann Rudy (Titus)

Dorothy Ann Rudy, 69, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the Winchester Medical Center.

Born August 10, 1947 in Jefferson County, WV she was the daughter of the late Harry B. Titus, Sr. and Louise Chrisman Titus.

She had retired from Knouse Food in Inwood with 28 years of service.

Dorothy loved to travel and formerly coached little league baseball. She attended Grace Wesleyan Bible Church. She was a graduate of Charles Town High School class of 1966.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Donald C. Rudy; a son, Matthew Rudy of Falling Waters; a daughter, Melissa Leake of Cloverdale, IN; five grandchildren, Quentin Rudy, Mallorie Rudy, Logan Leake, Layne Leake, and Laden Leake; two brothers, Harry Titus, Jr. of Kearneysville, Larry Titus of Ranson; a sister, Carolyn Brill of Middleway; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral chapel with Pastor Kenneth Reed officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
