The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Sylvia Evans can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: My husband, Bill, thought so much of Sylvia. She was his accountant when he was in the carpentry business himself w/ employees. She did all the payroll necessities. It helped Bill have a good business with a good CPA. Of course, Bill & I enjoyed seeing Bud & Sylvia at the clubs, partying & having fun times.

Condolence: Thinking of all the family in the loss of Sylvia. She was a high school friend from the class of 1952 and we always looked forward to seeing her when our class got together for luncheons and reunions.

Condolence: Sorry for your loss, I just wanted to share briefly a scripture that has brought me comfort. It is found at: 1 Corinthians 15:26 which states “The last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing” God promises to destroy this enemy, death, once and for all. Isn’t that a wonderful promise?
