Jay Anthony Rutkowski, 71 passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.

He was the son of the late Eugene Joseph and Dorothy Morey Rutkowski.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda Stewart Rutkowski; two sons, Bryce and Ross; a daughter, Kim; two step-children, Trina and Crissy; and eight grandchildren.

Services and interment are private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
