Obituary for Mary Louise Eckenrode (Simpson)

Mary Louise Simpson Eckenrode, 41 of Charles Town passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 in the Berkeley Medical Center. Born January 31, 1974 in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, she was the daughter of Jo Ann Fenton Simpson of Marshall, Virginia and the late Fred Buford Simpson, Sr. Mary worked as a manager for the 7-11 Corporation.
She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Eckenrode, Jr., and daughter Katherine Jo Ann Grove, both at home, step daughters, Amanda L. Boggs and husband Michael of Charles Town and Amber M. Eckenrode of Chicago, Illinois, sister Daisy Kay Simpson of Marshall, Virginia, two grandchildren, Justin Bosley and Trinity Michelle Princler. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one brother, Fred B. Simpson, Jr.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Jefferson Chapel with the Pastor Clyde R. Simpson officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
