Obituary for Anita Louise Means (Decker)

Anita Louise Means, 51 of Martinsburg, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015, while surrounded by her loving family in the Hospice Inpatient Facility. Born April 12, 1964 in Martinsburg she was the daughter of the late Charles Edward Decker, Jr. and Fannie Catherine Butts Link.
Anita is survived by her husband, Ralph Lee Means, Jr. at home, son, Christopher Clark of Martinsburg, two daughters, Melinda Bautista of Toledo, Ohio and Amber Clark of Charleston, WV, two brothers, Mike Decker, and wife Theresa, and Robert Decker, all of Martinsburg, three sisters, Carolyn Foster, and husband Carol “Doc,” of Gerrardstown, Libby Conner, of Ranson and Sharon Divine, and fiancé Frank Tuten, of Charles Town, five grandchildren, Ariana, Jonathon, Kingston, Mane and Frankie; two nieces that cared for her, Amanda Goss, and husband Henry, and Amy Condrey, and husband Jerry, all of Ranson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother, Richard Decker.
The family would like to thank the wonderful caretakers at the Hospice Inpatient Facility for their kindness and dedication.
Funeral services will be held 3:30 pm, Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the Jefferson Chapel with the Pastor Dr. Craig Bush officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
