Obituary for Jay Barron Tabor

Jay Barron Tabor, 60, of Martinsburg, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at University of Maryland.

Born July 14, 1955 in Watertown, MA he was the son of Charles Russell Tabor and the late Norma Parker Tabor.

He loved auto racing, liked painting; was a member of WV writers and went up to Massachusetts to work at the Sci-Fi Marathon. He was a ham radio operator with Opequon Radio Society; and very involved with the Mid Atlantic Pug Rescue.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife of 22 years, Patricia Tubias Tabor; one brother, Derek Tabor; one sister, Holly Tabor-Hall; and his five little dogs.

Family will receive friends on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 3:30 pm at Brown Funeral Home.

Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mid-Atlantic Pug Rescue, 1714 Cloister Drive, Henrico, VA 23238.
