Darrell Lamont  Winston
Darrell Lamont Winston, 45, of Kearneysville, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at his residence.

Born July 19, 1970 in Martinsburg, WV he is the son of James C. Winston, Sr. and Thelma W. Carey Winston of Kearneysville.

He attended Bethel Assembly of God and a member of St. John's Baptist Church in Shepherdstown.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by four daughters, Jeremesha Alexis Greene, Mercedezes Lynn Holman, Ja'nae Ann Holman, and Aleya Nae Bullard; seven brothers, Michael Carey and companion, Lori Myers, James C. Winston, Jr. and wife, Amy, Charles Winston and wife, Shari, Kevin Winston and wife, Margaret, Roy Winston and wife, Lori, Larry Winston and companion, Amy, and Robert McDowell and wife, Nikki; six sisters, Lillian Williams and companion, Ronnie Pearson, Debra McCallum and companion, Paul Singleton, Carolyn Jones and husband, Kenneth Jones, Thelma Grant and husband, Delancy, Carol Morris Winston and companion, Dennis, Kristine Winston Hosby and husband, Frank; very special aunts and uncles; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and girlfriend, Ashley Kenney. Very close friends Kenzel Jessie and Ronnie Beard.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Asbury United Methodist Church in Shepherdstown with Pastor Chris Walls, Pastor Tyrone Lockett, and Rev. Joe D. Lyles.

Family will receive friends one hour prior the service from 12 noon to 1 pm.

Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
