The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Walter Poling can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Rick Farley
Condolence: I have thought of Walt often in the past year. There have been times I have seen someone working and they looked like Walt, I would almost pull over to talk, and then remembered this passing. He is still missed. I am thankful for the events where he has touched my life.

Condolence: Dad, I prayed the Lord would take you home if it wasn't in his plan to heal you. I now know what it feels like to lose a piece of my heart. Thanks for loving me when you did not have to. I am so proud to call you my DAD and will always LOVE you. I can now take comfort in knowing that you are not in pain and are rejoicing with the Lord. Until we meet again. I will always love you dad!!! Love, Becky

Condolence: I spend everyday praying that this pain and heartache I feel will go away. You have been there for me my whole life, to protect, provide, and always make me feel safe and loved. There was never one time you left without giving me a hug,a kiss, taking in a deep breath of the smell of my hair and telling me you love me. I will miss you everyday and cherish the 40 years I had with you. I love you daddy, may you rest in peace in Heaven.

Condolence: May God comfort the family during this time of loss and in the days ahead. My husband and I knew Walter only a few years, he would visit us and we would fellowship over a meal during his trips to Florida,. He and I were phone buddies during the rest of the year when he return to West Virginia, often talking about his children and how he love the Ocean, how much he wanting to make Florida his retiring years and when he left this earth, that he wanted his ashes given to God over the Ocean Waves. No more pain and in the arms of the savior he much believed in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
RIP Walter with no more pain or worries.
Your friends Elizabeth and Eddie
