Obituary for Doris Virginia Shepherd (Brawner)

Doris Virginia Brawner Shepherd, 62, of Brunswick, MD, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 at the V.A. Medical Center, Martinsburg. Born Aug. 9, 1952, in Knoxville, MD, she was the daughter of Thelma Virginia Lincks Brawner and the late Jack Dempsey Brawner.
Doris served in the U.S. Air Force and was an airline stewardess for United Airlines. In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Randolph Jacob “RJ” Hilliard, III; granddaughter, Kiera Mae Hilliard, both of Frederick, MD, and two sisters: Sherry Marken, and husband Jack Brindle, of Waynesboro, PA, and Gloria Grove, and husband Jim, of Rippon, WV.
Services and interment will be private. Arrangements are by the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home.
