Obituary for John Richard Huyett Sr.

John Richard Huyett, Sr., 82, of Inwood, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 8, 2015 at his residence.
Born January 4, 1933 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Edward Walter and Elsie Christabel Keller Huyett.
He was a member of Snyders Bible Church.
He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp; a volunteer with Leetown Fish Hatchery; and had been active with the Boy Scouts where he had been a Scout Master.
He is survived by four sons, John R. Huyett, Jr. and wife, Connie of Gerrardstown, David Huyett and wife, Debra of Bunker Hill, Craig Huyett of Martinsburg, and Douglas Huyett of Gerrardstown; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Mary Joann Bender Huyett; one brother, Edward Walter Huyett and one sister, Norma Jean Huyett.
The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 11:00AM at South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Pastor Donald Dick officiating. Military graveside service will be held at Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
