Obituary for Royle DelGandio
Royle (Starr) DelGandio, 60, of Martinsburg, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born August 14, 1954 in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Donald Lee Starr and Betty Potter.
She was very proud of receiving her associate’s degree in health services administration this past Fall from Valley College. She was loved by all and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Gerald DelGandio; daughter, Evelyn Marie Foreman; granddaughter, Stephanie McElroy; two sisters, Shirley Bastian and husband, Marlin, and Janet Fisher and husband, David; two nieces and a nephew.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald L. Starr, Jr.
Services and interment will be private.
Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
