Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kathleen Wright can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Kathleen Elizabeth Wright, 54, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 23, 2015.

Born February 22, 1961 in Bethesda, MD, she was the daughter of Jeanne Marie Pritchard Glennie of Hedgesville and the late William Sinclair Glennie.

She was a veteran of the US Army.

She was a member of Bedington United Methodist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 30 years, Richard Wayne Wright; two brothers, Michael Glennie of Corral Springs, FL and William P. Glennie of Myrtle Beach, SC; one sister, Mary Batkin of Rockville, MD; two step-children; three step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Brown Funeral Home.

Graveside service will be held at 11 am on Friday, March 27, 2015 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Frederick, MD.

A "Celebration of Life Service" will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 2 pm at Bedington United Methodist Church with Rev. John Rudisill officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations from the heart may be made to Bedington United Methodist Church, 580 Bedington Road, Martinsburg, WV 25404.
