Obituary for Raymond Sydney Wallace

Raymond Sydney Wallace, 51, of Falling Waters, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015.

Born July 25, 1963 in Hartford, Connecticut, he was the son of the late Albert George and Rosina Johnson Wallace.

He was a member of First Baptist Church.

He will be sadly missed by many friends and family. He loved to ride his Harley, "being in the wind" as he use to say. He loved to fish and greatly enjoyed the outdoors.

He loved his children and would always say that the kids were his best friends.

He is survived by two sons, Raymond Wallace, II and Joshua Wallace; a step-son, Devin DeLoso; two brothers, Joseph Wallace and Albert Wallace; foster-sister, Sonja Beach; his beloved pit bull, Trooper; and his fiance, Krista L. Slaton.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Valerie, Michelle, Nicole, and David Wallace and foster-brother, Rusty Bergeron.

Family will receive friends from 2 pm to 3 pm on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 3 pm at the funeral home with Rev. William C. Crowe officiating.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
