Obituary for Cecilia Ann Ballenger (Zetts)

Cecilia Ann Ballenger, 72, of Hedgesville, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015 at her residence with her family by her side.
Born October 27, 1942 in Olney, MD she was the daughter of the late Joseph James Zetts, Sr. and Georgia Mae Howard Zetts.
She was a member of St. Martins Catholic Church in Gaithersburg, MD and attended St. Bernadette and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She grew up in the Gaithersburg area and was a Mary Kay representative for many years.
Cecilia is survived by her husband, Douglas Wayne Ballenger; one son, Timothy W. Ballenger of Hedgesville; one daughter, Theresa M. Ferrell and husband, Michael L. of Hedgesville; five grandchildren, Stephanie Johnson and husband, Reece, Steven Ferrell and wife, Tasha, Lauren Tyler, Lindsey Elizabeth Ballenger, and Corey Wayne Ballenger; five great-grandchildren, Bryson and Brayden Tyler, Haley and Casen Johnson, and Tristan Ferrell; one brother, Joseph J. Zetts, Jr. and wife, Annette of Clarksburg, MD; two sisters, Patricia Mae Leaberry and husband, Jerry of Spotsylvania, VA and Kathleen J. Zetts of Libertytown, MD; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Veronica Rose Reedy.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 3:30PM with Father Thomas A. Laczko officiating at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with family receiving friends from 2:30PM to 3:30PM prior to service. Interment will be private.
