Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Phyllis Williams can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Phyllis was my friend as well as my Head Nurse and I spent many of my 20plus years at CHI with her, at work and "play". She was a wonderful woman and one heck of a cheerleader! not everyone knew that she had been a cheerleader during her school years...but on a rare occasion she would encourage us after report with a cheer! I have many many fond memories of time spent with her that I will cherish! My sincere sympathy to her "family" we may not all be physically related but the CHI "Family" from back then was strong and true to each other, and it is with great sadness we bid a loving farwell to another member. Much love Phyllis you will be missed!
